CDCS: MY SMALL ACHIEVEMENT

Turun 0.4kg jer. OK ler tu. Kemarin x brp sihat. Rasa lesu. Mkn pon ala kadar jer. Salah satu faktor pengurangan kot.

Menu kemarin (Ahad-27.11.2011):
Breakfast : Roti telur & kuah sardin
Lunch: 1 senduk nasi, telur dadar sikit (cicah dgn kicap, ayam goreng sikit, air oren (sori, x brp ingat menu lunch sbb mkn ala kadar jer. My somi yg tlg masakkn. Kena paksa mkn)
Dinner: 1 senduk nasi, lala rebus & oren segelas.
Lps tu telan ubat2

Menu hr ni (Isnin-28.11.2011:
Breakfast plus lunch : Nasi, ayam goreng berempah seketul, sayur campur bebola ikan, sambal belacan, segelas air jus cinta & segelas teh o ais
Then minum Mango Passion (Each a cup) d Tesco
Minum ptg: Laksam & air limau asam boi
Dinner: 1 senduk nasi, tomyam seafood (hubby masak) & segelas jus oren twister

Kejap lg nk telan air mineral sebotol. Will update perkembangan peserta2 CDCS by Thursday. Kena tidor awal ni sbb kena b'tugas... Till then, adios!

  3. Takper la Rosh... sikit pn, TURUN jg... Teruskn usaha... (ewah...! Yg nasihat tu, lg 9kg kena turunkn kalau nak tengok angka macam dlm gambo kat atas tu.... hehehe)
