Menu hari ni...

Menu hr ni....

Breakfast : Nestle Fitnesse & Fruits Cereals plus low fat milk & orange juice
Lunch : Vegetable soup & iced roselle
Dinner : Sedikit nasi, sup campur, telur mata kerbau & fresh orange.

Exercise : Setakat jln2 & naik tangga turun tangga d sek jer...

pssttt.... esk pi KL. Cuti 4 hari beb! (Jumaat & Sabtu = weekends, Ahad = cuti, Isnin = Cuti awal Ramadan). Bestnyer.... PD50H pon dh nk sampai ke penghujungnya....
