MENU YG X SEMUANYA MEMBANTU

Hai uols! Apa kabar? Lama betul tak update perkembangan menu2ku. Pasal penat sbb berulang alik pi kursus, internet connection x brp ok plus malu nk share benda2 yg dh ditelan & masuk perut..;P

12.07.2011
Breakfast : semangkuk Nestle cereal Fitnesse & Fruits + low fat milk, oren jus & mineral water
Minum Pagi : 1 karipap, 1 kuih badak & secwn teh 0
Lunch : 1 senduk nasi, 2 jenis lauk, sayur penuh sepinggan, ulam timun, sambal belacan, 2 potong tembikai & air sirap
Minum petang : 2 jenis kuih & teh 0
Dinner : Nasi sikit, kailan ikan masin, sotong goreng kunyit & air fresh orange

Breakfast : Cereal + low fat milk & mineral water
Minum pagi : 2 jenis kuih & teh 0
Lunch : nutrizyme, Nutricelle Organic-5 (sblm mkn), 1 senduk nasi, 2 jenis laup pauk, sayur, ulam timun, sambal belacan, sebiji oren sunquick & air kosong
Minum petang : 2 jenis kuih & teh 0
Dinner : sup sayur & air barli (di restoren to celebrate my son's birthday)

Breakfast : Cereal + low fat milk, teh 0 & mineral water
Minum pagi : 2 jenis kuih & teh 0
Lunch : 1 senduk nasi, 2 jenis lauk (ikan & ayam), sayur, ulam timun, sambal belacan (sblm mkn minum campuran nutrizyme, Organic-5 & air kosong
Minum ptg : 2 jenis kuih & teh 0
Dinner : Sayur & sotong masak kunyit plus mineral water

Breakfast : Cereal plus low fat milk, mineral water & teh 0 ais
Lunch : Nasi, sambal ikan, telur (merah jer sbb yg putih dimkn anak... huhuhu...), sayur taugeh & 1 gelas limau ais plus 1/2 gelas teh 0 ais (anak x abis, mama le kena abiskan)
Minum ptg : Lime & lemon yoghurt ice-blended & sedikit spagheti bolognaise (sbb nk perabis mknan anak.. hehehe...)
Dinner : Nasi, sardin, sayur kacang panjang, ayam goreng sikit, 1 gelas air kosong & 1/2 air teh 0 ais (abis ler.... all oily food!)
Hari lain minum air mineral blh ler tahan gak tp hr ni x brp minum. Rasa ngilu d gigi. Knp yer?

So tu ler menu aku. Agak byk menu & byk pulak aku mkn minggu ni! Not a good sign. Td timbang.. errr... dh naik beb! Malu nk tunjuk. Perut pon rasa mcm dh naik balik. kalau ada isi aka rezeki nk dpt baby takper la jugak. Ini hanya penuh lelemak jer... Cis! Padan mukaku. Too much oily food la! Byk pulak melantak!

OK! Must do something! Esk posa? Hmmmm... why not! Will let u know. Lg pon posa x abis ganti lg.. Masa semkn suntuk nih!

psstttt............ makin berdebar menjelang hari menimbang. Bakal kalah ke minggu ni? Oh TIDAKKKKK!!!!!
