Hari ke2 Dalam Herstory

Siksanyer nak cari mknan calori rendah pagi2 ni di kantin. 7.30 am....Minum air grape & mkn roti berintikan krim coklat.. Lepas pukul 11 am kwn ajak p kantin... minum air tembikai tanpa gula & sup sayur bayam... Lapar beb!

Lunch? Lebih kureng 2.35 pm.. mkn biskut tiger inti peanut butter. Abis semua aku baham... Habis 1 botol air mineral. Lepas keja.. balik jer rmh... nampak sisa baki laksa di dapur yg sudah dihangatkn oleh My Cik Abg.... perlu melantak lg mcm mlm semlm?

Errr... ni nak story sikit. Dinner semlm aku berjaya mkn 1/2 biji epal & 1 biji tomato dgn fresh orange. Then My Cik Abg selamba jer beritau... "Eh, rasa mcm nak mkn laksa ler." Aku jeling jer. Lepas 8 mlm aku nampak dia sibuk bangat. Uol know ler kalau dpt somi yg pandai masak ni... Teringin nak mkn dia yg masak... huhuhu... Terliur aku... So kantoi ler aku sampai My Cik Abg tegur "La, ingatkn nak rasa jer. Rupanya melantak." Alah, 1 mangkuk jer... Lg pon air tangan My Cik Abg mmg sedap. Rugi tak mkn... sabor je la.. Sbb mana blh dinner lepas jam 7 @ 8.... huhuhu... Rosak plan aku....

Exercise? kaki injured sikit. tersadung besi longkang kemarin masa nak balik. Naik tangga turun tangga jer la yg sesuai... Aerobik tu nk tunggu weekend... hehehe.. Dh beli DVD JM online... Tgh semangat tuh!

Dinner rasanya nk pulun laksa d dapur tu... Cantekkk!!! Tak sabarnyer.... With fresh orange & lots & lots of mineral water... CUN!!! Plus.. NO FOOD AFTER 8 yer...

pssttt... blm abis marking ni... kena berenti online nk siapkn keja... huwaaa....
