Menu on 13 June 2011

Breakfast :
Nutrizyme +Nutricelle Organic Compex-65 mixed in a glass of plain water (sebelum mkn)
nasi impit + kuah lontong (????)
1 glass of Cocoa Collagen With Honey (campur air suam)
*** mcm tak caya jer sbb selalunya aku mkn nasi pagi2 d sekolah... hehehe..

Then... 2 keping biskut & sebotol air mineral sbb tak tahan lapar...;P

Lunch di Tesco - Bubur Sup Ayam..

Dan minum ni... Nikmatnyer...



Maaf yer... dugaan di Tesco mmg byk... tp sekurang2nyer aku tak singgah KFC @ beli mknan feveret aku. OK ler tu...

Exercise hari ni? Naik tangga turun tangga kot....

Dinner wajib makan sebelum 7 atau 8 pm. Nak mkn per yer? Nasi sepatutnya sekali sehari jer... So mlm ni tak patut mkn nasi... hmm... mungkin sup sayur & fresh orange? Mineral water lg 1 botol. Sebelum dinner, try Nutricelle & Nutriyme sekali. Kalau lapar jugak mlm ni mkn jer epal... Idea bagus bangat nih!
