Updating- Day 2 Week 3

Dh lama bebenor tak hapdet menu harian... mmg penyakit "M" ni menyusahkan sbb aku tak dpt nk recall amende aku mkn... Camner nk belajar dr kesilapn... hehehe...

Hr ni pelaporan bermula dgn...

Breakfast : Sup sayur dgn fishball & cendawan plus fresh orange.

Lunch : Nasi goreng 1/2 err... maybe less. (kongsi dgn kwn... hehehe...) plus lime juice.

Dinner : Nasi sikit, sup daging, tomyam campur & kailan ikan masin plus two glasses of Twister orange juice. & teh ais (sbb anak x abis minum.. mama dia ler kena abiskn... soeeiii...)

Baru minum sebotol jer air mineral hr ni. Mlm ni nk belasah lg air sblm tidur..

Overall, not very promising. Must really discipline myself. Tak blh happy sgt. Kang naik berat minggu ni, baru padan muka aku (walaupon aku sedar muka aku mmg dh cukup ngam & padan pon... hihihi..)

Menu apa yer utk esk?
Breakfast : Cornflakes & milk? maybe
Lunch : No rice at all? Only meat & vege? maybe
Dinner : Eat before 8pm. Soup? maybe

In short, anything is possible. Rosh, discipline yourself, wokey!

psstttt... plus exercising yer.... jgn lupa. Kesian kat JM.. tgh tunggu tu... hehehe..
